Developing Software Teams

Patterns and techniques for developing great, motivated teams who understand their flow, focus on optimal value and sustainable results.

Are you a part of a team who is struggling to demonstrate consistent results, feel miserable or aren't delivering to their full potential? Software conferences and books seem to emphasise the software, ignoring a major factor in software development, the team.

This workshop covers the underlying aspects of team development. You will learn patterns and techniques for identifying and addressing areas of focus and how to design a team development framework that work for your organisation. How to help teams move through their biggest challenges in software development.
